Thank-you for such an interesting, informative and helpful workshop on Thursday evening. I really enjoyed it, and really appreciate all the new techniques and ideas, suggestions and help you gave us - what a lot of food for thought! I slept much better on Thursday night - a whole 5 hours, which made a huge difference to Friday, thank you so much! 😊 I'm enjoying mulling everything over and trying to come up with a little magic formula to help me each night, and am practicing the breathing - trying to make it a habit. 5/5/2018

I no longer fear night-time. I no longer put off going to bed. I now realise how important sleep is . I don't always sleep but now at least I have strategies to help encourage me to get to sleep and also to deal with being awake in bed. I went away this week for 2 nights and didn't spend days worrying about sleeping somewhere strange . I feel more in control of what happens at night time. 23/11/2018
